About
The telemetry panel displays values that are useful to monitor during operation.
Anatomy
Artificial Horizon
The artificial displays the orientation of the aircraft in a 2D representation.
The artificial horizon shows what a pilot would see if they were sitting in the aircraft and flying it.
The red lines represent the nose and wings of the aircraft.
If the aircraft were to bank left, the horizon would look like it is banking to the right.
Compass
The compass displays what the aircraft thinks it’s magnetic heading is.
The compass is useful for verifying the aircraft is moving in the indicating direction when compared to motion in the real world.
Telemetry Values
The telemetry values window displays many important measurements. This includes altitude,, airspeed, ground speed, flight time, distance from home, etc.
These measurements or values are useful to the pilot for monitoring the aircraft performance and for making informed decisions.
Telemetry Value Customization
The telemetry values that are displayed can be customized to a pilots liking.
Fly PHX comes with a set of default values that are recommended by Sentera.
To customize the displayed values and layout press the gear icon in the upper left corner of the telemetry window.
A pop-up menu will display on the right hand side of the screen.
Use this menu to select the values you wish to display in flight, and what size you would like them to be.

Not all values that are available in the customization menu are supported by the PHX. |
