For Fly PHX to function properly on an iPad local network and location services permissions need to be granted.

The local network permissions are used to allow the iPad to pass telemetry & communication data into fly PHX via the CommsBox network.

The location services are used for location information for the background maps.

When Fly PHX is installed there should be pop up prompts asking for the required access to these services. If they are initially denied, they can be enabled from the Settings App > Privacy & Security menu.
