There are no photos on the SD card
The photos are stored on an internal SSD for the 65R.
The SD card only contains camera logs.
Can I fly with a Double 4K and use the 65R hatch
Yes the PHX with a Double 4K payload can be flown with a 65R hatch. However, it is not recommended as it will reduce flight time.
Can different altitude and overlap settings be used
Yes. The overlap settings for the 65R can be manually overridden during flight planning. See the Flight Planning and settings section of the payload operations page.
Can I run Sentera analytics on 65R imagery from a PHX
TBD.
Is there RTK or PPK for the 65R and PHX
RTK and PPK are not currently supported for the 65R payload for PHX. RTK support is expected in late 2023/early 2024.
Are there different lens options for the 65R and PHX
Yes. The standard 65R payload for PHX comes with a 27mm lens. There is also a 43mm lens option available upon request.
Can I power the 65R via the USB-C port
No. The USB-C port for the 65R is not intended for powering the camera. Power the camera using the AC wall adapter or the aircraft fuselage & battery.
Can’t access or connect to the 65R via USB
This is most often caused by the USB-C cable being used. The cable provided with the payload is the recommended cable. If that cable is unavailable it is recommended to use a cable that is less than 3ft long.
