For Fly PHX to provide a ground station location location services need to be enabled while using the app.

The local network permissions are used to allow the iPad to pass telemetry & communication data into fly PHX via the CommsBox network.
The location services are used for location information for the background maps.
When Fly PHX is installed there should be pop up prompts asking for the required access to these services. If they are initially denied, they can be enabled from the Settings App > Privacy & Security menu.
Network
Navigate to Settings App > Privacy & Security > Local Network.
Ensure Fly PHX is enabled.
Location
Navigate to Settings App > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Ensure Fly PHX has at least “While Using” enabled.
