The PHX Unmanned Aircraft System is a hand-launched, battery powered, autopilot-controlled aircraft that is remotely operated using an iPad, or a Windows laptop computer connected to a digital wireless datalink.

The PHX is constructed mainly of expanded poly propylene foam, polycarbonate, and carbon fiber tubing.

The PHX can be fitted with a number of sensor payloads for precision agriculture, survey, mapping, and public safety applications.
