Offload Process

Remove Micro SD Card

Remove the micro SD card from the Payload.

Press in on the SD card to release the locking mechanism and the card will release.

Insert Micro SD Card

Insert the micro SD card into the laptop. Use the micro SD card adapter if necessary.

Note: Windows often identifies SD cards from D4Ks as needing to be fixed, this is normal, and fixing the drive will not hurt your data.

Locate Imagery

In a file browser, select the SD card and open the snapshots folder.

Within the snap shots folder will be the session folders that are labeled with the timestamp from when the camera session was started.

The session folders are labeled in the following format:

YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS

Where the time (HH_MM_SS) is the UTC time at which the session started.

Inside of the session folders is where the folders containing the imagery are located. The folder names will be dependent on the variant of double 4k. In this example an AG+ variant was used and the imagery folders are displayed as NDVI and RGB.

Copy Files (Optional)

Copy the files from the SD card to your laptop or external hard drive. This ensures the data is backed up and not lost when the SD card is cleared.

Import

Import the data, either from the local copies or straight from the SD card to the image processing software of your choice.

Common processing software:

  • FieldAgent

  • Pix4D

  • Metashape

  • DJI Terra

  • No labels
