Why is the status LED not on
Verify that the camera is fully seated into the payload bay by pushing on all of the mounting barb locations.
Check the pogo pins for any damage or stuck pins. They should be able to be pressed down and return back to place when released.
Can different altitude and overlap settings be used
Yes. The overlap settings for the Double 4K can be manually overridden during flight planning. See the Flight Planning and settings section of the payload operations page.
Can I run Sentera analytics on any Double 4K imagery from a PHX
No. Sentera analytics (Stand & Tassel Count) can only be run on the RGB imagery from the Analytics variant of the Double 4K.
Can I add RTK to my standard Double 4K Payload
Yes. There is an add on kit that can be purchased. Contact support@sentera.com or your sales representative for more information.
Can I access the Double 4K imagery via the USB port on the camera
No. USB connectivity is not supported.
What does the small green light on the top of the camera mean?
The small green LED on the top of the payload assembly indicates the payload interface board is being powered.
Can I fly with a Double 4K and use the 65R hatch
Yes the PHX with a Double 4K payload can be flown with a 65R hatch. However, it is not recommended as it will reduce flight time.
