The label on the front of the CommsBox contains the serial number and part number information.

While the CommsBox is booting the status lights will simultaneous flash.

While the CommsBox is searching for the aircraft the status LEDs will scroll from right to left.

Once the aircraft and CommsBox have established a connection the status LEDs will remain solid.
