Fly PHX Telemetry Logs

In the case of an incident, or question, Sentera customer support may ask for the Fly PHX telemetry logs to be sent in for evaluation.
Using this feature requires an internet connection.
How to Send Logs
Disconnect from Aircraft
Before the most recent Fly PHX logs can be sent in the logging session must be ended. This is accomplished by pressing the disconnect button in the upper right hand corner of the Fly screen, or by closing the application.
The disconnect button will appear after one of the following:
The aircraft is powered down.
The CommsBox is powered down.
The host device is disconnected from the CommsBox.

Navigate To The FieldAgent Menu
The FieldAgent menu in Fly PHX is located in the Application Settings Screen.

Login
Sign in with your FieldAgent credentials.

Share
Add any comments you would like the Sentera customer support team to see in the optional message box.
Press the send button.
Â
The logs may take a minute or two to begin sending depending on the size of the logs.
Once the logs begin sending a status percentage will be displayed.
A successfully sent status will be displayed when complete.
