Spar Joiner

Spar Joiner

What to Check

Carbon tube has no splinters or cracks.

Hard landings may break or damage the carbon tube. Always disassemble and check for damage between flights. Cracks can develop along the length of the carbon tube. Cracks or damage may develop near the small metal ring. Cracks/damage significantly decrease the strength of the tube. Flying with a compromised spar joiner may end in uncontrolled flight termination.

Easily inserts into aircraft without resistance.

A damaged spar joiner can be more difficult to insert into the fuselage or wings. Difficulty inserting the spar joiner maybe a warning sign.
